The chandelier has a central structure in brass, a half sphere. Here some holes have been threaded that accommodate brass rods which at the end embed periwinkle Murano glass spheres. There are fifteen brass rods with glass spheres set, while the other brass rods set little brass spheres, which alternate with glass ones. Inside each periwinkle glass sphere is a light bulb. Note the shape of the glass sphere, they are spherical, but the glass internally has micro air bubbles, a process called "pulegoso". Finally in the chandelier it is fixed to the ceiling via a brass tube which at its end has a beautiful canopy made in the shape of an inverted cone. The chandelier is spectacular, a truly unique Murano glass triumph. The matching colors, periwinkle and gold are a truly perfect marriage.
