It features a large central sphere with brass rods screwed into it, above which are delicate, smoked Murano glass plates. It has 18 light sources. The color is smoked, and the detail on the plates is beautiful, as seen in the photos. The frame is made of pure gold, so compared to brass, it has a richer color and does not yellow.
