The Art Nouveau "Beethoven" piano chair, circa 1900, features black lacquered wood, adjustable height, and a rear adjustment lever inscribed "Beethoven D.R.W.Z." The chair has a beautiful patina, as you can see in the photos, ranging from black to brown in the more worn areas. The mechanism under the seat allows the chair to be raised and lowered at will, using a lever behind the seat, at the bottom of the backrest. It has a very solid structure, with four straight legs and a very simple, linear backrest. The seat has been updated with a beautiful black and light brown geometric patterned fabric. The seat height varies from 47 cm (18 inches) to 57 cm (22 inches). Wear consistent with age and use. Each item offered by the HannauRoma warehouse is checked by our team of craftsmen.
