The pouf's frame is made of shellac-polished beech wood; its design, with the cushion structure almost detached from the leg structure, is beautiful and clean, embodying the simplicity of time and the elegant thought of Gio Ponti. The open "C" frame features brass inserts at the ends, a defining feature of the pouf's design. Above, raised by brass rods, is the rectangular cushion covered with a beautiful geometric fabric, reminiscent of the Art Deco period.
