Barbini Murano Glass and Brass Midcentury Floor Lamp, 1950
Lovely and fine pair of floor lamps with glass mounting signed Barbini Murano, with a very particular appearance due to the large cup placed on a black wooden base. The Murano furnaces create a glass with an indisputable timeless design.
The floor lamps are made up of wooden modules lacquered with black shellac, interspersed with polished brass profiles. Above is a large Murano glass bowl, signed Barbini Murano, black / dark purple in color, with white etched edge. The wiring is made up of a single bulb. Misure Cm ( 30 x 30, H 154). Inches ( 12 x 12, H 60).
Very important piece carefully restored by our atelier in Rome. This item has no defects, but it may show slight traces of use. For each piece, before the departure, a revision is redone, to make sure it arrives in excellent condition.
